Sam and Toph are in an arm-wrestling match. who wins?
Probably Sam. He's got some guns on him.
Dean Winchester and Hermione Granger are at summer camp together and hate each other's guts from the moment they meet....until they find out they're identical twins from split-up parents who never told either of them! (never mind age/gender/race differentials, just go with it) DOES THE PARENT TRAP ENSUE? Can they work through their differences and become friends, can they convincingly switch places and live each other's lives, can they get their estranged parents back together? Does all that matter when THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE STARTS A WEEK LATER?
Yeah, they really might not get along at first even though Dean would secretly find her endearing, and then she'd get worked up and smack some camp bully in the face and he'd be like MY IMPOSSIBLE SISTER IS AWESOME! The parental situation is a conundrum, but I'm pretty sure they would totally suck at pretending to be each other no matter how much potion is involved. I mean, Hermione would just rattle off something about science and Sam would be like "Who are you and where is my brother?!" But Sam and Dean having Hermione around during the apocalypse? That would have probably been a very good thing.
Lee Adama is a superhero. What is he/she like? a conflicted methodical one like Batman? a cheerful smartass like Spidey? Do they have powers? Do they have angst? Do they have a Catwoman - ya know, a badass sexy criminal who totally outsmarts them on several occasions and then they have bantery UST? Who is it? Is it 15? 10? 6? Write me a superhero AU (of like a paragraph) for them, or at the very least a character profile (of like a paragraph). :D
Lee is introverted paralegal by day, crime-fighting Apollo by night with powers of flight and fire manipulation. He insists on doing things on his own so as not to endanger others, and lives a very lonely life.
Meg is the mostly villainous daughter of his arch-nemesis who he unfortunately is forever indebted to because she once found out his true identity and, after deciding he was "too cute to die," decided to repeatedly blackmail him for various bizarre favors instead of letting the cat out of the bag. The weirdest thing she's ever made him do was go to a fancy black tie party he was somewhat willing to attend just to make some political connections. At the time he'd managed to form a pretty solid plan on how he could kill her by the end of the evening, but she was wearing an innocent civilian. And a really great dress.
Martha, Lee and Spock decide to take over the world. How do they do it?
Lots, and lots, and lots, of negotiating.
Mexican standoff! Dean, Peggy and Laura have two guns each, everyone's got one pointed at them. BUT, A TWIST - one of each person's guns has no bullets. Who survives? (if this is too much like one of those math questions I'm sorry =/ I hate those bastards)
I SUCK AT THIS.
Um. Peggy. Peggy would survive. Because, they would all be tending to cover their loaded hand with their eyes better than the other and she might think to look for the tells, because she seems most likely in the first place to consider that other people are having the same problem she is and use it in her favor.
Fred and Meg are stuck in an elevator. How do they pass the time? and how does Ariadne get them out?
...Well, I know what Meg would probably suggest XD Fred would probably flirt. Ariadne...um...reminds Fred that he's a wizard?
AND FINALLY: ALL 15 CHARACTERS IN PRISON! [LOL, condensed]
Ellen Harvelle is the boss of everything, the one you Do Not Cross EVER or you will get dead. Lee and Peggy are her muscle. Who's got the balls to try and unseat Ellen? Who gets shanked multiple times and keeps miraculously surviving? Who tries to dig a tunnel to freedom, and do they succeed? Who starts the underground boxing ring and runs all the bets for it? Who are the unlikely cellmates who become unlikely friends? (...is that how Kirk and Spock fell in love?), etc.
Spock more or less steals the One Bad Mother label from Ellen without even trying, because he's been known to knock people out for messing with his cellmate, Jim, even though he seems otherwise ambivalent about him; Ellen doesn't really have a problem with this cause Spock doesn't give her any trouble. Sam Anders is a walking target for getting jumped but never stays down for too long. Toph is free to blow a hole in her cell wall any time she wants, but she'd like to help other people escape and is a little hesitant to bring up the earth-bending thing, completely ignorant that her cellmate is a witch who is also not sure how to approach the issue. Dean, on the other hand, can just tell that Jim and Spock are working on an escape plan and pulls up a chair to their table one night and says, "Didn't your moms teach you two how to share? Or is this just a boyfriends thing?"
Sooo tomorrow I'm supposed to basically go take a written exam to qualify for a job that involves scoring written exams. I'm weirdly nervous about this. It's awesome to find something that you actually are supposed to have a four-year degree to qualify for (seems like most jobs make undergrads either under- or over-qualified) and is, you know, pretty related to what I majored in, but I can't help having my Inadequate English Major insecurities over the whole thing. Like, hell, I'll volunteer the information that I write my ass off all the time and that I got an English degree, but from my experience I have no clue at all if I am necessarily good at writing when it comes to the technical, formal stuff.
