-WAY TO MAKE NEW LJ FRIENDS AND THEN NOT UPDATE, LAYLA.

-I'm always amazed when people talk about getting ideas for fics from dreams because it never happens to me, but then I had a CASSIE AND ROB dream which gave me an idea for an AU I would write if I ever figured out writing fic for the DMS series. (I've tried, really. I may yet do it. We shall see.) My boyfran is already very puzzled by how often I ask him random questions about being a cop. He however is totally in the Cassie/Rob boat since I made him read the books, so, he probably would approve.
(I guess it would seem really random that I'm having Tana French dreams, but I finally picked up on reading Faithful Place so it's back on my mind. Oh, and my STBB is a fusion with The Likeness, but let's not talk about that.)

-A man dressed up as Gumby tried to rob a 7-11 in California. Read the article. It's about as hilarious as it sounds.

-I'm generally pretty cool with the Tiger & Bunny fandom, but I'm becoming disturbed by the amount of people who can only ship Kotetsu with Tomoe even if it means the guy spends the rest of his life never getting over his wife. I may come from an exceptionally opinionated stance on whether that's a healthy idea of romance, but I don't know, I just find it sorta creepy that people feel like chaining down the widowed meets this ideal of eternal love. And here I was thinking that character death was kinda the shortcut to people being able to multi-ship. I might prefer that ten times as many people were in the "HOW DARE YOU TAINT THE BROMANCE WITH YOUR SHIPPING" attitude because I'm at least very used to that, LOL.

Yes, pls! (I don't know what STBB is, but you're saying it might be set/mixed with The Likeness plot? A reunion of sorts? YESSSSS PLEEEEEASE!) Never mind! Realized it must mean Star Trek Big Bang. Which... I know nothing about, so I go back to saying YES PLEASE TO CASSIE & ROB FIC!! :)

Hee, I've been wanting to write this damn pairing since I finished INW - It's just kind of a daunting canon to write for. I have this idea that would have Rob and Cas meeting way earlier when Cassie's still a psych student...and I've had one or two other ideas. It would probably be the tiniest fandom I've written for but at least I know somebody would read it, between you and Cosette :D

Oh, I am so jealous that your BF supports Cassie/Rob! I pretty much forced Jay to read "In the Woods" and "The Likeness" and he hates Rob (he says he's a “pompous and arrogant snob”. Which is kind of true, but still <3). But oh well, we never agree on shippy stuff (he is not very fond of Kara/Lee either. Sigh).

I'M SO EXCITED THAT YOU ARE EXCITED, haha, cause you never know if people are out there who like the books but wouldn't consider it something they'd want to read fic for or whatever. But there is literally no fic and somebody needs to do it, dammit, so I will tryyy.

Oh, the boyfriend was sooo upset by the ending, but I warned him he might be. He thought Rob needed a few slaps in the face, but he definitely likes him. (He's an arrogant snob, but he's Cassie's arrogant snob, okay?)

(Oh, and I am one those people who are kind of picky about the fanfiction I read –I rarely venture into non-K/L fic, I just don’t feel the need. But Rob and Cassie… Damn, I want fiiiiiiic. They haunt me, I guess :))

Yeahh, people around Tumblr saying things like, "Kotetsu will always choose Tomoe over anyone else" make me wanna be like...It doesn't work that way?

LOL, I've found Tiger/Agnes kind of a hilarious possibility. I would be pretty amused by her with anybody, really.

Agnes is like, the complete Lois Lane. She's a ball-busting journalist producer, but underneath is a damsel in distress that loves getting rescued. I like to think Kotetsu's her Superman :P
