Is it true that Australians don't like peanut butter?

OMG, when did LJ change the comment tracking button to a little pop-up thingy? I'm liking it.

I did not mention that I got a new pair of glasses. Not very exciting to mention when I can't show you them. But apparently they make me look French? This apparently French associate at DSW asked me if I spoke French and I was like, "Uh, un petit peu?" (I don't even know if that's proper usage of that phrase, LOL), and she said something about "I thought because of your glasses blah blah" IDK I didn't really get what she said. Anyway, I almost got this pair that was like HUGE and VERY DORKY and very Zachary Quinto, if you know the ones I'm talking about, but ended up toning it down to a slightly smaller pair of black ones that thankfully cost about half as much. They are lovely. It's still kind of a pain that my other frames literally just fell apart as if something had cracked them earlier. So I was actually wearing glasses taped together at the bridge by a Band-Aid for half a day feeling like a total nerd cliché.

And of course I can't even think about affording a haircut right now even though my Bob Dylan 'fro is getting out of control. Next time I get it cut I kind of want to just bring in a picture of Morena Baccarin's character in V. I like it shooort X )

I'm going to go get myself some cookies now.
