The Fall: I can't believe this movie hasn't Donnie Darko'ed itself into being supposedly over-hyped yet. It's amazing and the average person I know still hasn't heard of it. I happen to fucking love the story, but if for no other reason, watch it for the visuals and Lee Pace's arms.

Kara Thrace with a side of creeper!Leoben: Mostly I just liked the look of this icon. I thought the whole Leoben/Kara thing was really interesting and cringe-inducing at the same time. Since I wished they'd done more with it by the end, you could say I...kinda shipped it? They really didn't bring things full circle with the Leobens.

Jurassic Park: This one gets laughs, but only when I run into people who have seen JP enough times/recently enough to get it. It's a valuable "yes-I'm-being-a-little-bit-tongue-in-cheek" icon.

East of Eden: Abra and Cal, in the Kazan adaptation, are basically my OTP of classic films. My God, the ANGST. Dean's performance thoroughly woobifies his character all the way through.

tummy kiss: I got this at some point when I realized I didn't have any stock icons. I kind of like that I've never been able to figure out if it's a guy or a girl.

Spock: I was wondering the other day if it would be possible for a fic to convincingly make Spock drop the 'f' bomb out loud and that was a really bad idea because now it's almost an unofficial goal of mine. No. No, it's not. But seriously.
